StoneGuard® is available in two different finishes. Both options will help enhance the details and look of the stone. StoneGuard® Gloss is made for polished stones. StoneGuard® Satin is made for honed stones.

Heat Resistant
In lab testing, StoneGuard® have been tested to resist temperatures of up to 350° Fahrenheit. Although we do not recommend doing it everyday, but you can put hot pots and pans on StoneGuard® without the worry of heat damage.
How is this different from other sealants and waxes on the market?
Traditional sealants and waxes are designed to protect your stone from chemical etching. They're not designed to protect from acidic etching, which is the majority of the household items we use daily. Sealants and waxes will not protect your stone from acidic etching from things like wine, turmeric, citrus, or vinegar. StoneGuard® creates a clear protective barrier on top of the stone, shielding it from etching, stains, and heat while keeping the natural look.
How do I clean and maintain StoneGuard®?
Cleaning and maintaining StoneGuard® is a breeze. You can use any household cleaning product, including bleach and ammonia. However, for long-term durability, we recommend limiting the use of harsh chemicals like bleach and ammonia. Always clean with soft sponges or microfiber towels.
Is StoneGuard® permanent?
StoneGuard® is not permanent and can be removed without damaging the stone. This flexibility allows you to replace the film as needed, while your stone remains perfectly preserved beneath.
Will StoneGuard® get damaged over time?
StoneGuard® is designed as a protective, sacrificial layer absorbing scratches, stains, and etching so your stone remains flawless. When the film shows signs of wear, it can be replaced without ever harming your countertop.
Is StoneGuard® Anti-Microbial
StoneGuard® was specifically engineered for stone countertops, knowing they come into contact with food and liquids every day. Its nano-structured coating includes an anti-microbial top layer that helps inhibit bacterial growth, keeping your surfaces cleaner, safer, and more hygienic.
